Returns are for exchange only. We will be happy to work with you in order to get you the correct size. 

Please contact customer service within one week of receiving your products.

All products must not be worn in order to be exchanged. Customer pays the shipping to return and TGC will ship the new item on us.

If you happen to break a bracelet, don’t worry! Just send us back the beads and we will restring for $10.
