Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFO

Our carriers are currently experiencing delays. Packages are taking a little longer than normal to be delivered. We will update you when your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Once your order has been given to our carrier it will take an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered to you. We promise you our jewelry is worth the wait! Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays).

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and processing for any personalized or engraved items can take up to an additional 14-21 days. Maybe sooner, fingers crossed. APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.

INTERNATIONAL

Please email contact@gibsoncollective.com to get a shipping quote for your specified international address. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Gibson Proper is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT 

We do not offer refunds.
The Gibson Collective offers store credit on all full price merchandise. Click here to initiate a return for store credit.  Please note there is a $10 restocking fee. You have 14 days from when the initial order was placed to initiate a return for store credit.

All items MUST have original tags and be unworn to be eligible for exchanges and returns for store credit.
Please measure your wrist tightly and add 1/2 inch before completing your purchase.
